Recurrent polymorphic ventricular tachycardia without chest pain: an unusual presentation of focal coronary artery spasm

The British Journal of Cardiology

Ambulatory electrocardiography (ECG) monitoring revealed recurrent polymorphic ventricular tachycardia (PMVT). Coronary angiography identified moderate stenosis of the right coronary artery (RCA), without significant flow restriction by invasive pressure wire interrogation.

ECG in LMCA Stenosis

All About Cardiovascular System and Disorders

ECG in a person with persistent anginal pain for the past several hours showing significant ST segment depression anterolateral leads along with sinus tachycardia. Such a pattern is consistent with significant left main coronary artery stenosis. ST segment elevation is noted in aVR.

Elder Male with Syncope

EMS 12-Lead

The LM has an irregular 30% distal stenosis, followed by an 80% ostial LAD stenosis, and total occlusion of the LAD proximally with TIMI grade 1 flow in the distal vessel. The LCX demonstrates an ostial 80% stenosis prior to the bifurcation of a large OM artery. A large Diagonal artery has subtotal occlusion proximally.

Retrograde coronary venous ethanol ablation for ventricular tachycardia in a patient with inaccessible substrate due to previous surgery

Journal of Cardiovascular Electrophysiology

Abstract Introduction Catheter-based radiofrequency (RF) ablation is generally regarded as the standard approach for patients with ventricular tachycardia (VT) refractory to antiarrhythmic drug therapy and may be considered as a first-line approach when there is a preference to avoid these agents.

Case report of severe coronary artery disease complicated by malignant arrhythmia due to inherited thrombophilia

Frontiers in Cardiovascular Medicine

This ultimately resulted in severe coronary artery occlusion, myocardial scarring and frequent episodes of ventricular tachycardia, which had a significant impact on the patient's quality of life. It is recommended that young and middle-aged patients with severe coronary artery stenosis undergo screening for embolism.
