Exploring the exercise intensity equivalent to the anaerobic threshold in patients with acute myocardial infarction based on the 6-minute walk test distance

Frontiers in Cardiovascular Medicine

ObjectiveThis study aimed to evaluate the correlation between aerobic exercise intensity based on the 6min walk test (6MWT) and the anaerobic threshold (AT)-based equivalent in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Thus, the 6MWT is a feasible tool for developing exercise prescriptions in primary care hospitals.

Prognostic Significance of Different Ventricular Ectopic Burdens During Submaximal Exercise in Asymptomatic UK Biobank Subjects

Circulation

BACKGROUND:The consequences of exercise-induced premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) in asymptomatic individuals remain unclear. Low PVC counts during exercise and recovery were both associated with MI/HF/LTVA risk, independently of clinical factors: adjusted hazard ratio (HR), 1.2 (1–5 years; 51.1% years; 51.1%

Thus, it has recently become generally accepted that most plaque ruptures resulting in myocardial infarction occur in plaques that narrow the lumen diameter by 40% of the arterial cross section may be involved by plaque. This confirms that the pain was ischemia and is now resovled. The i nitial hs troponin I returned 75%.
