He denied any known history of CAD, but did report ASCVD risk factors to include HTN, HLD, and DM. Corresponding echocardiogram demonstrated LV systolic dysfunction with an EF 30%.

In the pre-hospital setting the varying modalities needed to rule-in/rule-out these causative factors are not available (eg, Chest X-ray, Echocardiogram, etc).
