Side note: The differential of sudden persistent loss of consciousness with adequate hemodynamics is relatively short: seizure, intracranial hemorrhage, basilar artery occlusion. There was again no intracranial hemorrhage. Long-term outcome is unknown. Serial troponins were negative.
