CT angiogram chest: no aortic dissection or pulmonary embolism. Young people can suffer acute coronary occlusion, whether by typical atherosclerotic plaque rupture, or by coronary anomalies, coronary aneurysms, dissections, spasm, etc. No further troponins were measured. Was this coincidence? —
