I suspect this is Type 2 MI due to prolonged severe hypotension from cardiac arrest. Spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) should be considered as a cause of MINOCA. If there is any evidence of atherosclerosis, modifiable CAD risk factors should be treated aggressively. FFR can be useful.
