Abstract 4142012: Ectasias of Multiple Coronary Arteries and a Coronary Cameral Fistula Between Right Coronary Artery and Coronary Sinus

Patient underwent surgical closure of fistula and a 2-vessel coronary artery bypass graft surgery, with a LIMA pedicle graft to the LAD, and SV graft to the LCx.Postoperatively, patient was continued on medical therapy with improvement of symptoms. CCF can be congenital or acquired and has many variations.

The patient was brought directly to the cardiac catheterization lab for PCI, bypassing the ED. The diagnostic coronary angiogram identified only minimal coronary artery disease, but there was a severely calcified, ‘immobile’ aortic valve. Aortic angiogram did not reveal aortic dissection.
