A 34 yo woman with a history of HTN, h/o SVT s/p ablation 2006, and 5 months post-partum presented with intermittent central chest pain and SOB. A CT Coronaryangiogram was ordered. Here are the results: --Minimally obstructive coronary artery disease. --LAD LAD plaque with 0-25 percent stenosis.
CT coronaryangiogram showed a hypoplastic RCA and dominant LCx. There were no plaques or stenoses. The patient has been scheduled for a PVC ablation procedure. Our patient was referred for EP study with a plan of PVC ablation if possible. As noted above echocardiography was completely normal.
