Background:Obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) is highly prevalent in patients with obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (oHCM), and the severity of OSA appears to worsen following septal myoectomy. The proportion of coronary artery bypass graft and valvular intervention were comparable between patients with and without OSA.
