Although not striking, this is clearly a diagnostic ECG for infero"posterior" myocardial infarction due to coronary occlusion (OMI), most likely due to left circumflex (LCx) artery occlusion. mm STE even in the fourth universal definition of myocardial infarction. 2021 Dec 7;10(23):e022866.
