I suspect this is Type 2 MI due to prolonged severe hypotension from cardiac arrest. Spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) should be considered as a cause of MINOCA. As per Dr. Smith — I also thought cardiac cath would show acute LAD or LMain OMI, instead of normal coronary arteries. Go back to Figure-1.
