QT Correction Formulas Compared to The Rule of Thumb ("Half the RR")

They measured QTc while patients were in Afib and then again after conversion, when they were in sinus rhythm. They found that Bazetts formula overestimated QTc in Afib while Fridericias formula was the most accurate. Heart Rhythm 2016 Feb; 13(2):527-35. The RR interval was also a 10 second average.
