Ct coronary angiogram showed normal coronary arteries. Smith note: I think CT coronary angiogram is reasonable with the elevated troponins and symptoms. Exercise test would also have been reasonable. His symptoms of chest pain and shortness of breath were attributed to an asthma exacerbation during exercise.
