Case Continued The patient was discharged from the hospital with a plan for a scheduled coronary angiogram to assess the coronary arteries and the possibility of aortic valve replacement. The patient was again sent home with a plan for surgical aortic valve replacement and coronary artery bypass grafting to the PDA.
